Ordering Your Paddle

How to order your Xylobladz outrigger canoe paddle....

Now whether you phone, e-mail or fax your order, please go through
the following check-list so that all the information is available to us.
This will help to us to start processing your order as we won't have
to chase you for additional details.

Check List
1	Overall paddle length. If you are not sure what size paddle you should order, see the sizing chart.
2	The size, width and shape of the blade (most popular sizes are [18inches x 9inches] or [18inches x 9.25inches].
3	Type of Shaft (single or double bend). Don't forget to provide us an angle for single bend paddles (10o is the most popular).
4	Tuff Stuff colour choice and the style of paddle.
5	Physical delivery address during normal working hours as all packages will require a signature on delivery (don't forget to check for damage too). Couriers will not leave packages unattended and the courier company will contact you should no-one be present at the designated delivery address.
6	Full contact details with and e-mail address or fax number if possible as all orders are e-mailed or faxed for confirmation.

Please Note
A 50% deposit of an order is required upon receipt of an order
prior to production commencement.

All online orders require Visa or Mastercard details on the secure
site links. The amount is processed manually, not at the time you submit the order.
The order will be confirmed by email as we prefer
to double check the order with you.

Be aware that shipping from Australia to any other country,
that your local customs authority may impose
extra charges or duty on imported goods. This fee we cannot control
or predict and is your responsibility,
though mostly we hear of no charges being made.
