Now whether you phone, e-mail or fax your order, please go through the following check-list so that all the information is available to us. This will help to us to start processing your order as we won't have to chase you for additional details.

Overall paddle length. If you are not sure what size paddle you should order, see the sizing chart. | |

The size, width and shape of the blade (most popular sizes are [18inches x 9inches] or [18inches x 9.25inches]. | |

Type of Shaft (single or double bend). Don't forget to provide us an angle for single bend paddles (10o is the most popular). | |

Tuff Stuff requirements. | |

Physical delivery address during normal working hours as all packages will require a signature on delivery (don't forget to check for damage too). Couriers will not leave packages unattended and the courier company will contact you should no-one be present at the designated delivery address. | |

Full contact details with and e-mail address or fax number if possible as all orders are e-mailed or faxed for confirmation. | |

that your local customs authority may impose
extra charges or duty on imported goods. This fee that we cannot control
or predict and is your responsibility,
though mostly we hear of no charges being made.
